Hello there!
It's Isa here! Our blog got nominated for the Key Challenge... so we want to let you know... our blog is 98.99% intended for girls. Just because they are girls, does not mean they are not good at campaigning, or being scientific.... yes they can!

I want to talk about invasive species and native species in Florida and the effect on our state... after being found in packing materials, in 1931 Cuban Tree Frogs have invaded Florida rapidly, and preyed on the native tree frogs... that sucks! And also, people might think green iguanas are native, because even though they were established in the 1960's, their population has increase.   http://myfwc.com/wildlifehabitats/nonnatives/invasive-species/ a website states that "...lizard causes significant economic damage to landscape plants primarily in Miami Dade and Broward parts." Talking about that, the black spiny tail iguanas have bothered so many residents by Boca Raton, they have hired trappers to trap this nuisance!

After this you can notice what are Floridas native animals such as SOME species or manatees, birds and seaturtles. We are unleashing non native animals which are the predators to Floridas native animals... same with marine animals!

This is a video of what two people think about the Miami River... and this is true! There is toxic soil in Miami, and inspections of lots of litter and pollution! Well I think what these biased people are saying is a pinch to the wake up of reality because sooner or later from birds eye view the ocean will be Mount Everest mountains of trash!

Here is an video from Youtube... a lady picking up trash in the beach... one person doing such a small activity can help the entire world... a tiny difference , and  especially this is a woman. The ones to make important milestones in the world don't just have to be boys! Girls can make milestones and be scientific too! This doesn't have to just be in Key Biscayne... this can also be al around the world. And this is in Mexico... but still! YOU can change the world with a tiny difference!

In the beach today I did find garbage: plastic bags, Coke cans, etc. But, I did not bring my phone.
Here is a postly challenge: Go tell 2 friends to clean garbage up or don't drop it in the sewer... it leads to the bays/beaches. Even if you don't live by beaches you can help!
